LRI provides staffing and HR solutions which range from temporary assignment of CDL drivers to complete outsourcing of your company's transportation personnel including management and supervisory staff.

Temporary/Casual Assignment:
LRI can provide Class A and B CDL drivers on a short-term (daily or weekly) basis allowing your company to staff appropriately for peak periods or special assignments. Supplementing your core workforce can allow your company to take advantage of immediate opportunities while controlling labor costs.

Long Term:
Long term assignment of transportation personnel may range from one month to several years. As the period of assignment becomes longer, it may become necessary to structure rating and compensation according to the specifics of the assignment.

This solution is less a temporary measure than a strategic response to a project, contract or some other specified period. This is very common among 3PLs and other dedicated service providers.

Temp-to-Hire:
LRI will provide all services associated with recruiting, screening and hiring CDL drivers and supervisory personnel and place them into service with your company for a prescribed period after which they can become your employee at no additional cost. This allows your company to evaluate a new employee without the associated expense of hiring and processing.

Complete Outsourcing:
Under this arrangement, LRI employs and maintains all human resource responsibility for a company's CDL drivers and supervisory personnel. In these operations, LRI will typically maintain responsibility for ongoing safety training, operational reporting and continuous improvement.
